Declaration of Human Rights Policy

Collins Co., Ltd. supports and complies with internationally recognized human rights norms and principles, including the relevant provisions of The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labor Organization Convention, as well as local labor laws and regulations to eliminate violations of human rights.

Guidelines of Enforcement:

  • Eradicate unlawful discrimination to ensure equal opportunities at work.
  • Provide a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Prohibit forced work.
  • Assist employees in maintaining physical and mental health and achieving work-life balance.
  • Prohibit child labor.

Actions of Human Rights Policy

  • Do not discriminate in any way when recruiting.
  • No identity document will be withheld upon reporting for duty and no fee will be needed to pay in advance.
  • Convene labor-management meetings on a regular basis to fully negotiate between labor and management.
  • Hold workplace bullying-prevention workshops to help employees understand workplace bullying, avoid bullying behaviors, and work together to create a friendly work environment.
  • Establish sexual harassment prevention measures and an employee complaint system, which are announced in public.
  • Provide safety trainings for employees, such as fire-fighting training, first-aider training, and general safety and health education training.
  • Provide employees with appropriate space and equipment for leisure.
  • Provide employees with nursing rooms and breastfeeding collection rooms to support breastfeeding policy.
  • Organize recreational activities for family members, such as hiking and travel.
  •  Promote the employee assistance program to prevent or address relevant problems affecting an individual's work performance, such as work adaptation, interpersonal relationship and health problems.
  •  In order to protect children's right to education, this company has excluded child labor under the age of 15 when recruiting, and no child worker is currently employed by this company.
